The manager is not a nice person and could use customer service and management training. I hope someone from Supercuts reads this and makes the necessary adjustments.

This place gets NO STARS! The girl who cut my hair completely ruined my hair. I don't remember her name. She was short, a little chunky and was somewhat ghetto. She was also young. I told her I wanted layers. She asked if I wanted any of the length cut, I told her no, but after I walked out of there, my mom whom is also a hair stylist pointed out that the sides of my hair was longer than the middle of my hair.. ( Looking at it from the back of my head ) Regardless of wheather or not I wanted the length cut, the hair stylist should have noticed that I did need a trim first before layering my hair. I WILL NEVER GO TO SUPER CUTS AGAIN! ESPECIALLY LET SOME GHETTO GIRL RUIN MY HAIR! I had to go get it re-cut somewhere else and spend more money!

Great stylists, most have been around for awhile and know what they are doing. Fast, in and out service but good work. Roxie is especially great! They are good with kids too.

Can't beat it!
