I had my garage door repaired today. Not only was Michael professional he did a great job. He spotted a potential issue that was going to only get worse if left untreated. I will no doubt have innovative on my speed dial for any future issues. All my friends, family and neighbors will be using them too.

I was very pleased with the service that Mike performed. He was prompt and fixed the problem that I had with my door. He even went the extra mile to insure future problems would be avoided by checking all the screws and bolts making sure they were all tight. He did all this in less than a half hour. I couldn't have asked for more.

We were looking for an insulated garage door with a few added extras, i.e. windows and pinch proof features. Innovative came out and made a few recommendations based on cost and style that fit our budget. We were able to get what we wanted and they were able to install it rather quickly. It's been on since 2008. The door still functions as if new. We wanted to get it oiled and adjusted, Innovative came out and made sure it was properly adjusted and working well. They definitely provide fast reliable service and expertise. We highly recommend them.

I also recommended to my next door neighbor and our daughter. Fast, courtious service with a clear explaination of the problem and cure.
