I bought a 50" Samsung Plasma that does 1080p, 3 HDMI ports, 1 PC connection and was 3D ready. I has some pixel issues and the in home service tech said they need to replace my TV. I go into this 75th st store and they wanted to replace it with a 51" Samsung 720p with only 2 HDMIs, 0 PC connections and is NOT 3D ready. I paid 1229 initially for my TV. This one they wanted to give me was 699. I didn't expect the same dollar value but I DO expect the same features. This 75th st store was so rude and people just walked away from me. I went to the bolingbrook store and they were excellent. Within 15 minutes they showed me a choice of 6 tvs I could take ranging from $699 to $1099. I chose the $989 50", 1080p, 3 HDMIs, Internet connectable Panasonic Viera. I paid nothing for the TV! I DID buy the new service plan. I will never go to the 75th st store again. Bolingbrook is getting all my business. These guys understand the service plans they sell.

No matter what department I have shopped in I have received great service. Their people are knowledgeable and have helped me with all my electronic needs. I am especially impressed with their geek squad. Every time I have come in with a question or needed a repair. They have been extremely helpful. They are also very good with returns and warranties. I highly recommend this store!!!!!

Called twice at 11:00 AM on a Tuesday. Ring, ring, ring... couldn't get anyone to answer. I'll call Radio Shack instead.
