I am a new pool owner with no previous pool experience. I never had a pool as a child and wanted to give my children a pool for their childhood now that they are old enough. I found a new home with a above ground pool that we were satisfied with. We moved in and gutted the basement and didn't want to leave the outside looking drab like the inside did. We might as well have not bought the home If we did not want to put the time and money into it. AAA Liners was able to give us an estimate over the phone quickly and with confidence. Got us on their schedule and from there we were taken care of. Very nice people, polite, want to help you.

Neither myself or my husband were capable of opening the pool this year due to my arthritis and his recent knee injury. We had to call upon the help of aaa liners to open the pool for us for the first time ever. they did a wonderful job. I have zero complaints about how well they did everything.

Got on their schedule to get my pool liner installed when the weather warms up here within the next month or so. Customer service was very informative and gave me a ton of information on what will be done, what I need to do before they come and were very convincing as to why I should use them instead of their competitors. I am hoping they keep it up when they come to do my install. Over the phone I was very pleased with them.

Had them fix a leak in my pool liner and then close up the pool for last season. I will be using them again and have already set a date for us to be getting the pool opened this spring because I was so happy with the way they went about the process last time.

AAA liners was very nice to me and my wife both over the phone as well as when the men came to install the liner. I disagree with the poster below. There was a small hole in my last pool liner and they came out next day to fix it. It was greatly appreciated so I could get my kids in the pool ASAP over summer.

Horrible customer service. A customer calls to make a complaint and you say you don't care?! The people sent to our house didn't work together there was definate tension they were rude to my husband, drove through our yard. No wonder the liner we ordered didn't fit when it got to our house! Now we're sitting here at the mercy of the company waiting for a new liner that will fit, hopefully, after a second visit to measure the pool again... And when we politely call to mention our dissatisfaction we're told they don't care. Definately will not be giving them any referrals.

I have never had good pool service until NOW. These guys were great. They did an awesome job and now my pool can be used again. The liner that they installed is beautiful and the people from AAA were very professional. I will never go to a pool store again until calling them.
