I have used them a few times in the last two months and they have great. Been on time for an emergency job and the same with my other jobs

I was told the tech would be there between 8 and 10. 10:45 I call to make sure they were still coming. the lady said they were running late and were finishing up. they would be calling me soon. 1:35 rolls around and no phone call, no tech. I call again. they tell me that the tech was still at his emergency call from 7am. they said that they can reschedule me in. I said I thought that they were unprofessional by not contacting me in anyway and I would be using another company. they said ok and told me to have a nice day. they were not apologetic for wasting my whole day. they did nothing to try to reconcile the issue. i would not waste your day, spend the extra $50 and call roto-rooter. used them before, will be using them again

Had a leak in my basement and they sent 3 very inexperienced people to "fix". Did not know what they were doing and flooded my basement. Left after "repairing" and I had no water. Once I primed my bladder tank their repair started leaking badly and flooded my basement a 2nd time. had to call another plumber to repair what work they did originally. They left all their trash behind. Would not use again.

Horrible...Had a pipe break to our showers and when they arrived almost 4 hours after they told me we were next the repairman had the nerve to tell my husband "Dude, you are done! I don't know what to do for you" Seriously!!! My husband had to guide him the whole way through everything and by the way my husband is not a plumber. Finally after the plumber decided that he not only could not fix our problem he would not fix it by husband asked for him to be a cap on the pipes so we could at least turn the water on to the rest of the house. He said yeah I guess we could do that! He asked where a Lowes was. Okay so he drives this big van but does not have any caps or shut off valves??? This is a plumbing company right??? Needless to say he left to go to Lowes which is 7 min away. He didn't return for an hour and 20 mins. Put these huge shut off valves on. Oh yeah by the way this whole time he has been on the phone arguing and texting to what it sounded like a girlfriend. So now we have shut off valves on the pipes but still no water to the showers because the broken pipe is not fixed but he called his job complete and handed us a bill for $325.00. My husband said he was not paying this because he charged us for 2 hours of labor when he was only here for less than a half and hour. The guy said he would not leave till he got paid. So they got a check! I called the company and the person supposedly took my information and said that someone would call me back but might not be for a couple of days. We all know that I am not getting a phone call back. BUT....I am putting a stop payment on that check so I guess now they will have to call me!!!!

Don't make this same mistake

This is the worst outfit ever! They are very rude, and the serviceman tried multiple times to rip off my wife. They also damaged our floor w/ their drain cleaner machine. A call to other area plumbers revealed that these machines will mark a floor if a mat isn't put down (which they didn't do). I called Speedy Rooter and was yelled at by the plumber and the company owner. Both also hung up on me. To make matters worse, the line clogged a few days later. The plumber I got said it looked like Speedy Rooter did nothing. Bottom line...run away from this company!!!

had issue with septic pump asked if they could handle it they said yes. well the guy who showed up was very rude and had to call another employee to ask how to check this and that then tried to sell me a pump without finding the actual problem. so after an hour of getting advice and complaining I got no answer on my problem and a $75. bill they wanted to charge $125. so I call and complain and get told they did what I asked. B S WORST PLUMBER EVER AND A RIP OFF BEWARE STAY AWAY
