I was told part would be 3 to 5 days for my refrigerator. I needed a thermostat. Took two weeks. I had to call the warenty center to get the ups tracking number. They finally scheduled and appt and did not show even though part showed as delieverd on ups tracking. I would not recommend them . Poor customer service.

Needed a part for my fridge and was offered the part AND INSTALL at a really bargain price. Mr. Nace was nice enough to follow me home and do the repair! Now THAT is customer service!!!!!!
