I don't understand how when asking to use the restroom when transporting a friend to the location you are flatly and rudely told "no." Not familiar with the area, she offered no additional information. After finally asking where I could possibly use a bathroom, with tears in my eyes, I was told at the restaurant at the corner. Down two corners later, in the rain of course, there was no restaurant on the corner, and the only restaurant I saw was closed and I had to beg a bar to let me use their restroom. I don't understand the lack of decency to allow someone who is here for the services provided to use the bathroom. And the attitude of the receptionist didn't help. It took all my willpower not to be nasty to her and also not to pee in the lobby.
