I went online looking for a Specific Vehicle filled out a form and received a call from Tampa Bay Motor Works The Ladies Name was Kim, she said that she received my information from the website lead. I informed her that what they had in stock, was not what I was looking for she then laughed and hung up on me. I called her back and tried to explain again I was looking for 1 certain vehicle, she would not even give me a chance to let her know that if she came across it to give me a call.. VERY RUDE SALES PERSON. I would avoid this dealer at all cost if this is the way they treat a customer they are trying to win business from. Did not get her last name but her first name was Kim VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Beware, don't deal with this person or business, Ashraf Rabah, the owner of Tampa bay motorworks is really shady, he will sell you a lemon and talk or force you into buying the warranty to cover his behind when the car that he sell you breaks, and it will break because he sell bad cars that he bought in the auction really cheap, basically the bottom of the barell that nobody wants anymore. I have talked to so many of his customers who are mad at him because they gave him their hard earned money buying a car and it breaks all the time. He has been moving from one place to another when customer start lining up at his business with complaints. He does not even deserve one star rating but the the lowest one anybody can put.
