I recently purchased a used Toy hauler from lake city camping world. They are full of lies and don't return calls. And will not fix your rv! So...i went to camping world in Dover and explained the situation to AMBER COVINGTON. (Service Advisor). She immediately made room in her schedule to get my rv repaired. Every day she called to give me status report. Within one week all repairs were made and made right. Amber is a true professional, she now's the rvs, the parts and what it take to make the repairs. If your in the tampa area and need repairs, see Amber Covington in the service dept. Thank you again Amber.

NO service after the sale! Can't get a phone call returned have called at least 10 times. Was promised a SD card to run my GPS, 3 months later still do not have one. Bought a $300,000 unit, left with empty promises to "get things to us". Gave high ratings on all surveys for the sales experience, because it was the best. So dont leave there without everything they owe you!

Purchased a used coach in August 2015. Had problems with it since the day I purchased it. Now, brake lines went out (because they are all rusted). I have only put 75 miles on this coach. Cant get a response from one of the GMs at the store. I have emailed and left voice mails numerous times. Even though I purchased the unit this way,(and they obviously didn't inspect the coach before they sold it), they are refusing to correct the problems. My family and I could have died if the brake lines went out if we were driving any faster. Shameful customer service, horrible service department. I will be taking this further up the chain. I have all documentation, emails, photos, etc

Be very leery!!!

My parents took their coach to be serviced at this location and their large TV was stolen while it was being serviced. They didn't notice until they had gotten it home and opened the sides. The only time the coach had been out of their site was at this dealership. All the owner said was sorry can't help you. Drawers had also been gone through and electrical panels removed. Be very careful before choosing this dealership!!!

CW does not stand behind their deals. They make a deal, decide they don't want to honor it, then won't answer calls. Bad business practices. Finance staff is worthless. Careful, they will run your credit, even if you tell them not to.
