Awful Experience

My husband and I just purchased our first home a few years ago. We had a whole house to furnish. We started out by buying a huge sectional which we loved!!! So when we wanted to furnish our bedroom we decided to go back. We purchased the bedset on January 10th and we were told that it would be in within 10-14 business days. So life went by and we really didn't think about it until one day I realized it had been 4 weeks and we hadn't heard anything! My husband called the store and was told that it takes 3-6 weeks and that it was not in yet! So first we were misinformed. Then it finally gets delivered almost 6 weeks later and they only had half of the order and the bed was damaged. They then had to reorder the foot board and the chest and we waited another few weeks. The pieces finally came in and we were just happy to be done with it because our experience with the sales people was just awful! Two days later my husband noticed that the chest was cracked at the bottom like it had been there but wasn't noticable until it warmed up to room tempature. So we called back again and they sent someone out to look at it and found out they couldn't repair it so they had to order us a new one. Remember we made the orignal order on January 10th. Today is now April 13th and we still have not received the new chest. My husband made a call to them yesterday and the excuse was that the number they had on file was not in service. Which is total BS my husband has had the same cell phone number for over 10 years and has never had the phone shut off. This store is great for the pricing, but as for customer service....NEEDS WORK BIG TIME!! I will NOT be shopping there again.
