Kim is a people oriented employee. She got right down to business and took care of my issue with my glasses frame. She is an asset to WALMART.

I really like the Doctor on staff at this location. I had eye exam 10 months ago. I have called 2 times today. Was trying to place an order for additional contact lens. My advise get everything you need on your follow up visit. They are about making money. NOT about customer satisfaction!
After calling back...I was informed they do not take payment over the phone. If she had told me that this more ~ I would have gone there. Just not satisfied with follow up customer service.
