We were clients of The Manger for 10 Years. We were behind in filing our taxes 2009-2012. Sandy (the owner) finally completed them in June 2013. We concerned with the amount we owed the IRS. So, contacted an accountant who was familiar with our industry and he agreed to consult with Sandy on our behalf. Sandy agreed to work with him. They both decided some changes needed to be made - was in July 2013. Sandy agreed to make them. It is now Jan 7, 2014, we have yet to received our corrected taxes. She's had issues with family members, air conditioning in the office, hard drives crashing, IRS issues with other clients and of all things bringing the wrong bag to work. We have requested a full refund or pay the consulting accountant to complete the taxes - she has refused. We paid them $3360 to complete our taxes. Now, we have to pay an additional $2240 to have them completed. Stay away.
