I always have trouble when ordering from this place. Tonight I ordered a pizza, sub and cheesy bread with double pizza sauce. Again they forgot something. I called them right away so they could call the driver while he was still in the neighborhood and he could return. After 15 minutes on hold she came back to the phone and said they are to busy to deal with it and she hung up the phone on me.

Update: Spoke to manager at site and he apologized several times and had already refunded my card. He really seems like he wants to treat his customers fairly. Changed review from 1 star to three stars because of managers conversation and willingness to make it right.

Great people that work at Marco's Pizza great food great customer service never be disappointed at Marco's Pizza on Ridgeroad you get in and out in a hurry call in delivery takeout window eating in homemade pizza is nothing like you get it any pizza restaurant trust me I already tried it it's really good pizza please give it a try
