This trash service use to be fantastic. What is it that happened or changed. I do not know. But now they are only coming every two weeks. When we are lucky.
The trash container is over full. With no where to put. Anymore of the shit. Our kitchen is starting to look like the land fill. Which is obviously totally unacceptable.
We are understanding patient people. Companys get backed up. Or drivers forget while on route. What ever the reason. We get it. But plz CCS, pretty plz with sugar on top. You have been paid. Come get the stupid garbage. Or bring us a dumpster instead of a can.

I paid for 1 month of service last month ($16) and called to renew and the extremely rude man on the phone told me I owed $96. They have no record of my payment last month and I am sitting here with the receipt. His solution was to pick up the container and discontinue service. He was extremely rude, could barely understand his mumbling, and insinuating I had months of free service. Completely ridiculous that a business is actually run this way. All I wanted was to continue service.

I switched to CCS several months ago after being disappointed with my former trash service many times. They have been dependable and even picked up a couple of extra bags which my old service never would. I guess it was because they had a truck with an arm and couldn't but it was annoying that they couldn't pick up one, extra bag! I have only called them one time and they were courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them!

I had issues with billing with CCS. The staff at CCS never cancelled my service at a previous address, nor did they bill me for service. After 30 days CCS started contacting my mother (who had moved into my old home and chose CCS as her trash provider)with threats of cancelling her service for my bill not being paid. When I called to discuss this, the staff was unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with .... after calling the office back (after being hung up on by one of the office staff) the owner was even more unpleasant and unhelpful. I asked for my service to be disconnected, and refunded the difference. The owner refused, saying that he does not refund anything. Within the hour, CCS had picked up my trash container as well as the container that belonged to my mother, with no credit for the 2 months that have been paid and service not provided. Very unethical company and owner. BEWARE of doing business with this company.

Took our trash can a month after we paid, can't keep business and personal separated... I'd give them negative starts if possible. Look elsewhere for trash service
