On a recent visit I accompanied family who is extremely nervous when visiting a dentist. Accompanying her back has never been a problem with the exception of the time when they did the physical dental work (the dentist said for safety reasons.) The office manager (DEE) was exceptionally rude and told me that I would be waiting in the lobby. I advised her that my family member was not comfortable being in the back alone as they had been "aggressive" with her in the past. She told me that it didn't matter what my family member said. I didn't ask her for her opinion on the matter I pushed back and she made the veiled threat that she would not see the patient if I continued to insist that I accompany her. I advised her that I would push for a full refund of services if she failed to see her. This office manager needs some serious training in how to deal with customers. She told me this was coming from the dentist but then refused to let us see the dentist to confirm.

DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL. THE DR. IS VERY UNPLEASANT AND MISERABLE. I HAD WORK DONE AND HE REFUSED TO FIX THE ISSUE WITH MY TEETH. MY MOUTH HAS PAIN AND I HAVE ISSUES EATING. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME ALL OF THE 3,000 BACK.
