This guy came out and fixed our air conditioning same day. Been working flawlessly ever since. Beat the lowest price quote we had received. A+ company.

BEST HVAC GUY IN DOUGLASVILLE! WORKS WITH YOUR BUDGET! SAVED MY LIFE WHEN I WAS SWEATING IN HEAT LAST YEAR AND EVERYBODY WAS QUOTING ME AN ARM AND A LEG TELLING ME I NEEDED A NEW UNIT. RYAN SERVICED MY EXISTING UNIT. STILL WORKS WITH NO SERVICE TWO YEARS LATER! I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE MY BUSINESS TO ALL DEGREES!

Too bad to have heard the same about All Degrees Heating & Air, the price gouging by the owner of company. The first visit was for a misdiagnosed thermostat and the second visit was furnace. REALLY SUCKS because other estimates of repair costs were LOWER than this company's fees. Hate it when customers are obviously taken advantage of due to the urgency of circumstances and weather conditions- it's distasteful .

We called this company when our furnace broke Christmas eve. They came out, fixed the ignitor & said it was a $300 part. We paid for the part & service & were also told there was a 1 yr warranty on the part. The part broke the next day & when this company told us it would be a $500 repair this time, we decided it was time to call someone else. The other company came out to our house in the ice, fixed the furnace (with the same "said" $300 part) for a total of $150. They told us that we had been lied to about the cost of the part. We called All Degrees back, told them that the part that was under warranty had broken & they could come get it & give us our money back. Needless to say we have not heard back from them after numerous attempts to call them. The local news station has the info & should be doing a story on this company shortly, we hope to save others from getting ripped off - especially close to the holidays.
