Able saved me a lot of mOney and they werer done in 45 min quik respons thanks able for comming out and get dirty

I had the owner come out a little over a year ago to pump the tank. I saved $50 bucks by digging myself, and he "pumped" it. Well, not long after, I started having problems with water surfacing at the far end of the tank. Smelly poop water. He claimed it was because of all the rain we had, but the problems continued for a long time. I have Action Septic out here right now, and are pumping the tank. First off, the OWNER of Able had NO CLUE that I dug up the inspection access, and not the manhole. In looking in there, and talking to the 2 guys working, he said there is NO WAY that the tank was pumped a year ago. There was almost 2 feet of sludge on the top of the tank, they got in with a shovel, scraped the sides, washed the sides down, NONE of which Able performed. NOTHING like that at all. I wasted $300 bucks with Able. I am NOT happy.
