Went to get my title and extra key after payin off the car whe i went in i had a front driverside wheelwell when i was leving i noticed it was gone and ask them what happend when they where taking out the kill switch and they said they dont know what i was talking about i was thinking about getting another car with them in the next couple weeks but now i am not this is for the Douglasville location

My son purchase a 2001Ford ranger with in one week water pump went out seizing the motor. One owner did help by offering to install used motor for an additional $1500, we didn't have much Choice since the sold the loan to sterling finance so now it's was no longer a boy here pay here which is uaslly very easy to walk away from especially during first week. So we agreed had new motor put using their mechanic, got it home same thing happened within two days brought back they kept it almost a week and a half. All they did was try using a sealant gasket.
Well we have had it fixed, it needed new thermostat, waterpump, pump housing, gaskets, fan blade, and fan blade clutch. This is an extremely bad dealership. If their lips are moving they are lieing. They like to get everything in a contract so the can always just sell the debt to 3rd party collection and at least recoup part of the crap they sell

Never purchase a car from this dealership they will take your money. They won't let u to speak with management I have case open now with the BBB to see what I have to do to get my money back
