Apparently they take your stuff and try to rip people off on eBay. I literally explained that I'm in a tight situation and literally have ONE piece to replace on my 14 S4 to make my recently acquired dream car perfect.

I might as well go to the freaking dealership from the extorted pricing I got from Liz, sounds like shes trying to get commission or something at that rate!! ECS Tuning only wanted 110 for the side I don't need. this was NEW not used.

I plan on leaving reviews and sharing this experience with others for them to leave appropriate reviews as well. Ladies and gentlemen these here are the types of people that would hear you sick and try to mark up hand sanitizer and masks 5000% and still would sleep ok at night.

I have experienced superb customer service while working with Chris from Chuck’s Auto Salvage. I am an inexperienced car owner and was offered great insight on how to handle my car’s issue. Chris went above and beyond in sharing different options, and was very kind and personable! I highly recommend using Chuck’s to all who are in need of used parts!!
