I was involved in a car wreck on 9/1 i was takin by ambulance on a backboard where xrays were done the er physicician dr travis albright prescribed me soma for a neck sprain and 12 oxycodone 2 days later ob 9/3 i went back to er cause my neck has swollen i was treated by er physiciab dr david turfler he prescribed me 12 more oxycodone and set me up a folloe up appt with primary care physician dr jason laney on 9/4 dr laney then prescribed me 40 oxcodone and 30 soma until i could find anothr dr to treat my severe back problems because he is not qualified for that kind of treatment the medicine was prescribed on sept 4 and ended on oct 3rd..i then did what dr laney said and sxheduled an appt with dr anderson 1 month and 11 days after i seen dr laney..i told dr anderson of my emergency room visits and my visit to dr laney..he said that was fine i had not takin any medicine since oct ..i recieved a certified letter from dr anderson office saying they could not treat my any further cause i have been seeing another primary care physician now u tell me how thats true i seen anderson on 10/15 the papers they sent me clearly showed that the last time i seen a physician was on 9/4 i called the office to try and explain they wouldnt let me explain and hung up on me! Now im sitting here on medicine that i have no way to fill the lady was very rude and would not let me prove that i was not dr shopping. I am a legite pt with a teally messed up back and i know dr anderson would continue to treat me he knows i was involed i a wreck if the lady would do her job and show him the papers i have all my documents where i was seen in the er and dr andetson was going to pull my xrays
