I brought in a 2015 Mustang convertible to get tinted when I got home after the job was done I found electrical tape on my rear window I assumed they were using it to protect my window so I pull the tape off to my surprise there was a quarter inch Gap around the window where they did not cut tint correctly. The rear window on a convertible is a flat piece of glass small enough that one piece of tent should cover it without a seam and they couldn't even get that right and instead of cutting a new piece they placed the wrong one on the window and tried to hide it. I took the car back on the Tuesday following the install they had no problem fixing the mistake and apologized for allowing me to leave with it looking like that I'm still upset that they try to hide it but they did fix it.
