The Place is very clean. The people are really nice. The popcorn is always fresh and warm. I like this theatre.

It would be helpful for next weekends show times to be posted for 6-29-13 since no one will answer the phone.

The lines were fast and the place was spotless. This is one of the best places I've been in this area. If you have to pick you will definitely pick this place

I must disagree with one of the reviews.The carmike cinema 12 was spotless, the staff was excellent.

Upon entering there was a line of customers,which were moved through quickly. We were greeting by a friendly staff member,Ms. Steph.Made us feel truly welcome on our night out.

The staff handling the food was well dressed and clean.Handled the orders in a timely,friendly manner.

Upon entering section 5, the place was spotless.To our surprise a handicap section

inside the thearte and outside.Thank you!

When the movie was over, outside the door waited a young man with broom in hand ready to clean up for the next group to enter. All were at their stations ready to welcome the next viewers.

Will be returning on our movie nights, looking forward to seeing Ms. Steph and her crew. Thanks for a nice time !!!

this theatre is a definate no go it is musty smelling chairs and it is covered with trash and never have the good movies playing!

This theater is somewhat expensive but you get what you pay for. Very nice. Fandango.com to purchase tickets and view showtimes and movies.

This theater is one of the best things to happen since I've moved to Dothan, AL. Instead of having to settle for and old a ill-kept theater; I now get to enjoy a new facility that plays digital movies, which by the way, provides an incredibly beautiful picture. Instead of a lethargic uncaring staff, this theater is staffed with a group of pleasant and upbeat people.

The one negative of this theater so far is the selection of actual food. While they do have gourmet popcorn, including caramel and cheddar, and they also have nachos, the rest of the offerings are just normal theater food. I was expecting hotdogs and pretzels at least.

I also have an inkling that the newness might wear off, but I am hoping that the Carmike 12 is able to keep a good staff and a good quality to their theater.
