Provided by YPmobilePositive Realty rented to me an apartment that was in foreclosure, which I did not find out until I was served with paper. Furthermore, they attempted to scam me trying to get me to pay water bill that in the contract stated was the landlord's responsibility. They made a mistake and tried to leave the responsibility on me. I mentioned some issues with the apartment that needed fixing and the realtor stated that they had a handyman that would come fix them, that necer happened. They will promise things over the phone or in person but dont trust them. If you chose to do business with them get everything in writing. Not reliable or trustworthy.
