Excellent company, strategic partner and customer service. They have a Great Product FOAM SAFE. A lot expertice as manufacture and logistic in Medical device domestic and International.

I work for a medical distributor and we have been a customer of Gremed since they took over some Ballard items from Kimberly Clark. We find them impossible to deal with. You call there and there is never anyone available to talk to. Most of the time, you get a message that their voice mail boxes are full. If you attempt to use Online Chat, there is never anyone to talk to there either. Email is no better. You can send them a message and it be weeks or months before you get a reply.



At one point, we made payment to them and the check was cashed but someone in their accountants office stole the check so they wanted us to make payment again. This is not a professionally run company at all. I don't know how they got major product from K-C but they did somehow.



Many hospitals and clinics have the wall dispensers that will only accept the products that Gremed now provide, but it would be wise to steer customers away from these products
