They broke my wooden gate in half. Their service sucks, on top of that they came into my house without asking permission and broke my gate trying to get their stuff out of my house. They broke it and didn't even tell me anything. I called and they gave me the runaround and never called me back. Their equipment is super dirty and I didn't want anyone to use it. Dont rent from this people, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

I would NOT recommend this company (Miami Party Rental)! When I contacted the owner and asked if he had a particular bounce house for my daughter's 3rd birthday, he said yes. I then confirmed the order the day before the party. On the day of the party they delivered a different bounce house (the cheaper generic one) 45 minutes late. When I told the delivery boy he brought the wrong one, he said they don't have the one I ordered because it broke "a long time ago". The owner took off $20 from my bill (which was the regular price of the generic bounce house they rent). The bounce house was not properly set up and it would move around and deflate at times.

1 week ahead I ordered a castle bounce house and clown gave the person my name, number,& address.I was assuredthat they would be there at the requested time.2 days before party I called to make sure they had my reservation and they said yes yes we have all of your information we will be there,as they kind of hurried me off of the phone.The day of the party no arrival,so I called the person told me that they were running late,and they tried to contact me,but recieved no answer.I asked them to read back the #,and the # was wrong,and I wasn't informed that the clown wasn't coming,this was my sons 3rd b-day and I wanted it to be special.I only had to pay $80.Overall I will never use this company again.
