I had my daughter in the TLE Dobbs Ferry location since the day they opened. The first few months were great but things eventually did a complete 180. Teachers began dropping like flies. When I spoke to the Director & Business manager upfront, I was told TLE doesn't pay enough money to keep the staff. Every time I turned around, there was a new teacher & all the old ones were gone. After befriending some of the teachers, I was told this location was crashing & burning & they needed to exit before they crashed & burned with it. Another teacher told me to take my kid & run away from TLE. The final straw came when one teacher informed me that the Business Manager told one of the teachers that my kid is stupid.

I contacted higher ups & of course, not much was done. I was refunded the money I paid for the remainder of the month.

Now Im being contacted by parents still attending TLE stating TLE is shut down until further notice & being investigated by the state involving another student who was badly injured.

Be careful who you trust to take care of your kids. Don't get sucked in by the sales pitch. They have great ideas with zero clue on how to execute it. I have recorded conversations from teachers & text messages confirming everything.
