we don`t appreciate you not installing my mom`s AC unit after she pre-paid you back in March 2014 you assured her it will be installed as soon as snow stopped well lately it has been extreamly hot and it is now june 2014 and still no unit my mother is in poor health her blood sugar was very high so I had to get her a couple of window units for her home and some fans let me tell you Sir this is no way to conduct business at all everytime she calls you , you use profanity curse words and she is afraid to call you so I did today and you called the police on me we did report you to BBB and plan to take you to court all we realy wanted was for you to make things right by her and install the unit you refused and we asked for refund so you call police after we want a refund I do a lot of charity work in this community and plan to spread the word on you Sir I think you should be put out of business and the police do as well since you tried to scam a 74 yr old lady I will pray for you that God has mercy on your soul Sir for all the wrong that you are causing
