I go about twice a week for many months and this past time i had such a bad experience. when i went to the customer service, the lady was so rude. when i talk with her, she will not even listen to anything i have to say and when i got my refund, she forcefully hands me the money. at this time i am very up set and i will have to think long and hard if i will ever return to the store. i am sad that i have to leave this bad review cause i have had a great experience up to this point.
