bought a fence from them around a year and a half ago. I spent a good deal of money on it. They assured me several times it would keep in both the 35 lb dog (the white dog in the pic) I had AND any puppy I might get. I told them this was the ONLY reason I was getting the fence. They once again assured me it would work.

less than a year in, the 35 lb dog figured out he could squeeze through the bars and get out anytime he wants. We complained to them, asked them to come check it out and see what they could do. They said they would get back to us. They never did. Meanwhile, my dog has randomly escaped from our back yard dozens and dozens of times. So we have to limit my two dogs time in the yard, they love to play out there.

So we started complaining to them about it again a month or so ago. Finally we got them on the phone and they told us "we are not expert pet containment specialists. That their sales guys just meant the dog would most likely be ok. All we are asking is for them to make one small addition to the fence that might cost them a few hundred dollars and they refuse to do the work.

The funny thing is these "non expert pet containment specialists" also sell and install outdoor dog kennels.

They have a horrible product and even worse customer service. I spent a bunch of money on a fence that only causes me stress. My dogs can't go out together and spend time in the yard because one of them can get out with ease.

We had two estimates for a fence and signed the one we wanted to use, which was the less expensive of the two. R & S ordered the material based on the more expensive one and did not use all of the material. They charge a restocking fee! We contacted them about the difference in the prices and they will not refund the difference to us. In fact, they did not respond to our last email. This is not a return customer business, so they are not interested in customer satisfaction. Do not use this company! They will not honor a signed contract!
