Very slow internet speed for the price. Moved to Dillsboro from Nashville about 4 years ago where I was paying $99/mo for 50mb fiber-optic which included land line and cable TV. Currently SEI is charging me $90 for 3mb with land line. Promised us fiber-optic within a year since all fiber had already been ran. Well 3 years later still no fiber and can barely stream any 720p videos. They also hold a monopoly over our area which last I checked was illegal in the US. If you happen to get cell reception just pay for unlimited data as it is twice as fast and twice as cheap as these pathological liars.
