Provided by YP.comMr. Spurlock did not follow his own written contract and then tried to make me pay more. Mr. Spurlock did not follow through on the customization of my fence. Mr. Spurlock was confrontational when it was pointed out that he did not do the customizations, saying because he was a Christian he was right. Bottom line I paid and will NEVER use his again.
