I had a bumper replaced and cost me almost three thousand dollars. I tried disputing it with the owner and he did not budge. He also lost my truck. I had to find it and pay the guy who replaced the exaust tip. He finally sent me to the local collection company. I payed the bill in full and am disputing this. I do not care of the owner of the shop goes to church every Sunday and pays his dues he ripped me off. He and his past secretary are running a scam in hopes insurance companys pay them and not the owner of the vehicle. I understand a paying for services that are needed but paying for services that never happened is a total rip off. I agreed to pay him for what he done and even had a blank check ready. I brought in supporting documents to him and showed him that custom decals i had made and that he charged me for. He instead became passive aggressive towards me as well as his secretary did and then sent me to collections. The collections company here in Dickinson DCI was great to work with but should drop Advanced from their account. As I see it he owes me some money.

had a great experience with advanced collision cener. i was traveling this past fall away from home and hit a deer. they were able to get me on the schedule right away due to my cercumstance and were able to get me back on the road within a reseaonable time. they were wonderful to work with and took care of everything with the insurance company. the repair and paint job turned out great

Horrible customer service, deceitful tactics and shoddy workmanship. BUYER BEWARE
