We've been really happy with Step by Step Child Care Ctr in Diamond! Caring staff, very attentive to children's needs, cleaned regularly, and we've had no issues with everything. We're are always informed if there are any issues with our child. Overall great staff and I do not have any reservations on taking my child there! Keep up the great work Step-by-Step of Diamond.

Don't take your children here, they will wind up with bite marks and RSV because the staff doesn't report like they should, and don't cleanse their play areas. The mats smell like urine in the older toddlers room. Better and less expensive places to go for child care.

Poor knowledge and after one day my child did not want to go back!!!!
