Seiki Digital is the distributor/manufacturer of electronics/televisions. Sold just about everywhere. They have a great website that draws you in. BUT DON'T BELIEVE OR HAVE ANY FAITH about what is in print, what you may read, or what you may be told on the phone. I had a 3 month old defective 32" tv. Called warranty. Claim filed. Told to email proof of purchase to one email address and take a picture of the problem and email that to another email address. Of course, neither got the email. Resent. No response. Called them. Told I had to ship tv to them (at my expense). They would then, upon receipt, sent a replacement within 5 days. 12/13/12 they got it. I am still waiting. Over 30 calls, 20 emails, complaint to BBB and STILL waiting. Their 3rd party customer service group (in the US), says Seiki just not responding timely to them or customers. UNREAL! DON'T BUY FROM SEIKI DIGITAL. DON'T HAVE CONFIDENCE. DON'T TRUST THEM!
