Provided by YP.comI sent mail certified on January 17th and it was supposed to arrive at the intended post office by the 20th. Instead, it hung out at this sorting facility until the 25th, and got sent back to where I sent it from. Now I have to wait another few days while USPS resends my mail and HOPE beyond HOPE that they get it right this time.
