TAY AWAY FROM SUPREME HEATING AND COOLING, I had a horrible experience, pretty much threw away a few hundred dollars for a service performed that did not fix my problem!! I am extremely disappointed that we were misled and told to replace a part that did not fix the issue with the furnace. Wish they could have been more honest and not just make assumptions to take the customer's money. I will definitely NOT recommend this place and hope some people do not make the same mistake I did.

I recently read your review on a social media website. Your facts are not correct. On December 24, 2015 you called because you had no heat. Our service technician found a bad limit control on a Lennox Pulse furnace. You asked us to order this control knowing full well that the furnace is over 22 years old. We ordered the part and returned on December 28, 2015 and installed it. The service order that you signed clearly pointed out that, due to the age of the furnace, there would be no warranty. A week or so later you called saying the furnace was acting up again. When we called you to deploy a service technician you cancelled the service order. You stated to our Service Manager that the furnace was back up and running. Another week went by and you called and said the furnace was out again and you wanted service. This is when I discussed with you that there could be other issues with the furnace. And, if there were other issues with the furnace and a new furnace was needed, or you desired a new furnace, that I would refund the $380.00 you spent on repairs. You never called me back so when I did not hear from you I assumed that the problem was resolved, or you had gone elsewhere for service. I received a call from your wife a few days ago demanding the money back even though you were not buying a furnace from us. She threatened to tell her friends not to use SUPREME Heating and Cooling because we simply would not refund the money. If you would like to see the copy of the work order you signed, understanding completely at the time that there was no warranty, I would be glad to email it to you and/or scan it to the social media website so everyone can see it. As we all know there are some customers that simply cannot be satisfied. I still stand behind my word, if you purchase a furnace from us I will deduct the $380.00 you paid for repairs off the price of a new furnace.

TO ERR IS HUMAN!!! Good things come to those who wait I would like to express my utter satisfaction with your company. The technicians came out and worked expeditiously to install my equipment. Your Customer Service Representatives follow...ed up to make sure every thing was working properly. In my frustration I said some things that put a bad light on Supreme Heating and Cooling and I would take them all back if I could, but it is hard to erase print. So I'm praying this amendment helps, the owner came to my home and apologized personally for any delays and I applaud and appreciate that. I WILL RECOMMEND SUPREME HEATING AND COOLING TO ANYONE I KNOW NEEDING THEIR SERVICES!! IN FACT I AM SO PLEASED I AM GOING TO PURCHASE MY COOLING SYSTEM FROM THEM AS WELL.
