Recieved a beautiful bouquet of the most beautiful roses, I was very impressed they got it right

I walked into the store to ask if they sold latex balloons. I had to wait a long time, and then when I asked my question the lady acted like, " Why would WE carry latex balloons." Said "No!" In a snobby manner and immediately ignored me. No thank you for the customer service there. I would never go here for anything.
