1st. time event at my home. currently retire after 32 years in the Army and I'm IMPRESS the place is small but WoW, great service, from the beginning to the end!!! I spoke with a lady on the phone she gave me brief information about the water slide bounce house. She took my name, phone and ask for the day of my event information, short and sweet. The following day with there look at some photo's real simple, no haggling on the price paid cash receive a short contract. Deliver was a head of time around 10:00am my event started at 1:00pm, pick was later the same day around 9:30 or later. My grandchildren also all the neighbor kids didn't want to leave my home. I sent pic out to my Military family everywhere and they enjoy them. I'll rent again from them in the future. Small hidden place but great results.

They have got to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever dealt with. I never even got to actually rent something because the lady hung up in my face when I joked with her about paying the deposit. Then I called back and she was screaming in the phone "Don't call here no more!" I called back a 3rd time and spoke with the "boss lady" and told her how unfrofessional the other person was and she said " Well you don't have to work with us." I told her I would tell EVERYONE I know that they should never deal with them. What a pathetic company.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I booked a party, the lady called to confirm, then calls me back and leaves me a voicemail the next day saying i didn't confirm, then I call her back and she tells me my order is cancelled, three days before my event.

THE WORST PLACE EVER! I REPEAT NEVER NEVER NEVER RENT FROM HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT A HOT GHETTO MESS
