Dion appliances is a very unprofessional place of business. I will never use them again or recommend then to any one. I brought a stove from Dion appliance it only had 3 knobs when they delivered it the repair man came took automatic polite switch off of my stove over 3 weeks ago and have not been back to repair the stove and the oven doesn't work. I will never ever go there again the worse example of customer service I have ever experienced

He forgot an appointment and we ended up having to cancel his services, so that led to him hounding me over 10 dollars to ship parts back. I am shocked at his level of unprofessionalism and will never recommend his services to anyone.
