Sometimes the service is slow, always someone asking for money at the entrance to the building.

On a scale of 1 to 10, based upon the experience of myself and my family with one particular teller and supervisor, and based upon the premise that the workers are representative of the establishment, I would rate this a minus 10 (and that's being generous). The teller and supervisor were surly and uncooperative in handling the cashing of a check and gave no real information regarding their obvious error. They stated the name on the check presented was not the name they showed in their system. I contacted my credit union and was informed there was no problem and that the name on the check and the name in the system are one in the same. The teller and supervisor at this location made no attempt to cooperate to resolve the problem and the attitude of the teller was horrible. I will never do business at this center again. Went to another Service Center and the check was cashed with no problem! In order to submit this I had to give it one star but it deserves none.
