Bought washer machine here. Problems started after, delivery was scheduled at 5pm they lft vm at 4 pm saying they were in drive way, i will have to pay for another delivery charge. 2nd. When i got washer there was big scratches in front. delivery guy he told me its an old washer (its 4 yr old). I called office, sales girl said manager said they will call me back(no called back). 3rd. First day, a washer has a agitation noise but it was another noise louder then that and a burning smell so i didnt know if it would caught fire so i unplug it. I informed company repair man (aka delivery man) first thing he asked how much did pay for it(weird right). Appt was 4-6, 2 day later ok at 5:30 called confirm someone is coming. Spoke to Mike the manager(Aka owner) yes they coming will have man call me ok. No one showed up or called. Called following day called again sale girl says i have to speak to manager (aka owner) that took another day for that to happen. After about 2 more day got another date and manager assure me someone will come this time. Appt again 5-6pm. At 5:30pm called company asked about why repair guy not here. Manager says he's coming going to call him now will call back. Waited then called back at 5:50pm no one answered they close at 6. Washer still broken, called next day on my break repair man answers phone at company, I told him he did keep appt.. He started raising his voice say he did come. I told him i was there til approx. almost 7 and i called company too noone answered. He continued to yelling i told him i just want my money back and no longer want to conducted business with them. He was yelling something. I just told him i am willing to go to court. Repair guy screamed well take us to court. Mike who during this adventure told me owner was not here and he was manager (aka owner) answered. Yes this man was aware of everything but got on phone like he didnt know anything. After this i have found other bad review on this place. Reviews i have read has to do mostly with repair/warrant issues thats when customer service goes out the window of course they have your money then.
