It was a very simple process after the run around for one thing or another with other dealerships... clean Carfax provided... Low miles on a wide variety of cars, trucks and SUV's. Nelson was the Sales person who processed the purchase of my Cadillac Escalade and was upfront and clear about everything... I plan to upgrade thru this company in the future.
