My experiences at this cleaners have been horrific. First of all they are foreign and do

not speak any english and are not trying to learn. They have very bad customer service

and the service I received on my clothing was even worse.

They broke buttons off of my clothes and wanted to replace them with a non-matching one.

They ruined the pockets on my jeans with their iron and refused to take responsibility.

I have complained with the Desoto Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau. If you

can not communicate effectively with customers and are not willing to try, go somewhere where you can.
