Awful....PLEASE DO NOT USE DESOTO DRY CLEANERS ! I've used this Dry Cleaners for about six month. Even though they're not friendly at all. I've noticed on several occasions that I would have buttons missing and no one bothered to mention it. The other day I went to pick up a jumpsuit, and the color bled. I brought it to the owner's attention via telephone. She began to yell at me and tell me they're not responsible. When I leave my clothes with you, pay you....How are you NOT responsible? This is ridiculous, DO NOT come set up your business in a predominately black neighborhood and think that you can treat people any type of way. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS! As soon as they damage your clothes, they're NOT responsible. What kind of Customer Service is this? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Bad Customer Service
I have been doing business with Desoto Cleaners for the last (2) years. Being an educator, I drop clothes off almost every other day. I did not notice that they had put a crease in the middle of my collar until I got to school. I stopped by the cleaners on my way home to show Ms. Ann that it was creased incorrectly and she said she would not redo the shirt since it had been worn but would iron it again. Why would I want her to iron a collar on a shirt that had been worn. I advised her that I have recommended her cleaners to many educators...but that did not change anything. I will never return to her establishment ever again. Desoto Cleaners, it's about customer service to devoted customers.
