GREAT SERVICE!! The staff is very professional. They offer many different services and are very prompt.

I had to dresses altered and it was terrible. I should have took my dresses somewhere else. My zippers on Both dresses do not work anymore. Thread was hanging out where they attemped the work. Both dresses were supposed to be altered to be smaller. Instead they are just as big. One of the zippers puckers when zipped. It did not do this. I also called the corporate franchiser. I am still waiting on a call. I will Definately keep you up to date on developments. When I showed the owner this. He actually wanted to send the work back to his wife that did the alterations. They were all too happy to take my money. But when i asked over the phone and in person to give me my money back; he stated that he would not. He told me that it was not his policy. I pointed out to him that there is no policy stated on the receipt or on the wall of his business. I also told him that I will go Better Business Bureau. He didn't care. Do not use this cleaner. His business is shady. Workmanship is terrible. He gives small business a bad name.
