They don't make you feel stupid when they find the issue is that you don't have your wifi turned on..I took my moms laptop to be fixed because she dropped it and the casing cracked...fixed. they are priced reasonably, polite, helpful, fast, knowledgeable. Glad they are in Desoto. .

Todd was very pleasant. Service provided promptly, right on the spot. Great music while I waited which was a plus! Very affordable and I will highly recommend to others!

Been doing business with Todd for years. Didn't think about looking up on Yelp! EXCELLENT service! I've taken all my computers (5) to him. Referred several people as well. Does not charge an "arm and leg."
