I cracked my iPhone 5c screen and paid $90 to have it replaced. The screen "looked" great but caused major problems for me subsequently. Photos taken from my camera were blurry and I experienced EXTREME sensitivity, to the point that the phone would get stuck on mute, speaker phone, and other random screens without allowing me to exit. Sometimes it would not even allow me to answer phone calls or texts which caused me to miss out on business opportunities as a hairstylist/makeup artist.



I took the phone back several times to have the screen replaced only to be told that they did not have my screen in. Last night my phone fell and has a crack in it again. I called to see if the screen for my phone is back in and was told that they have 500 of them but cannot replace it without charging me due to the new crack. Now, they already OWED ME A NEW SCREEN FROM THE DEFECTIVE ONE THAT THEY INITIALLY SOLD ME but have the audacity to charge me AGAIN. I do not recommend ANYONE to do business here.

The biggest problem that i have with Big Al's is that I was CHARGED TWICE. It's been almost 2 months and I still don't have a refund. They are blaming it on the credit card company they use for transactions. Big Al's could get a Chase account and swipe his own payments instead of using a 3rd party. He said he's had the same issue in the past.... My question is why use the same people? Please put a cash only sign in your window.
