First off I had an appointment at 11 also I got there there was no one to start braiding my hair..so I left the lady told me to come back in an hour..got back within an hour and the lady was there to start braiding.so, I wanted African ladies to braid my hair I didn't get that...when I made my appointment the owner said that I would have two people on my head..not true...she said that it was going to take 4 hour not True..I got there at 12:15 and finish up at 7:30..ridiculous. so anyway while the girl was doing my hair I'm guessing her and an African lady was into it she was saying little unprofessional remarks about everything the lady said or did..then the African lady made her stop doing my hair so I could pay her..now understand my purse was outside in the car..and I thought you are suppose to pay after the work is done...I don't think I will ever go back I was trying to venture out but not good at all..my braids turn out just ok.

Bad service!!! The ladies were slow, not considerate of customers, talked, laughed, and used their phone more then actually braiding you hair. They will leave and go get somethin to eat and eat it making you wait an extra hour. The loud talking and laughing will make your head hurt even more. Unclear on prices. Dirty bathroom. Just go to sister sister in Arlington, they are somewhat better service wise. People had got there after me and left before me as long as they made me wait long periods with no one braiding my hairs. BEWARE

This braid shop is great. The staff is so Professional. They take there time and on top of that they are good at getting you out within a good time frame depending on what you are getting done. Good JOB.!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
