Their food is smoked on site, you can smell the delightful aroma as you drive by, such a nice addition to the neighborhood, They are an independent restaurant, not one of those cookie cutter corporate giants that just doesn't care and whose food tastes like cardboard, this is a real original. I hope they bottle their B-B-Q sauces, they're great. And the staff is really friendly, & the place is nice & clean.
