Very nice people who where able to help me out of a major jam.



They where able to make up plaques and other awards for me in less then two days and where very helpful when picking out the awards that where needed.



I couldn't of ask for better help the young man that came to help me even loaded my car for me.



Don't know what the person below is talking about but people I dealt with there more then helpful and couldn't ask for better people to work with.



Will go back next year to order my awards instead of the online place I order from.

Avoid, look elsewhere.



I stopped in to get a small plaque made for a mailbox, I gave them the original for reference.

They took my phone number and said it would be ready in 2 days. Two days later no call. I finally go to pick up on day 4 - I ask why did you not call, the kid says well we told you it would be ready on Friday.



Why are you going to take my phone number and not use it ??? Even as a courtesy call.



So I get the tag and its wrong. I tell the kid, the font is the wrong size compared to the original and he says that thats a "limitation" of their machine.

I ask what machine do you have, he says a LASER engraver. What???

Do I look like an idiot? With a PC and a laser engraver you should be able to do any size font.



I asked for the tag to be redone, and whn I return in few hours, the Font was Bolder but still same size.



He did not make a new tag just ran a Bolder font to make it look bigger. What a jerk.

Like I would not notice.



Anyway, I was so mad that he did not redo the tag and spent the effort to make it look like he did.



I just dont know how this place stays open.
